25th September 8:00AM: I had a very good night sleep after very long trip and now I m ready to go explore Lima city . After a warm shower I packed my camera and video cam went straight for breakfast.

9:00AM I started off by visiting the Monasterio de San Francisco . Which is around the corner of where I m staying and after that I did the tour of the catacombs where there are around 70,000 burials and you can see all the bones and skulls arranged in such a circular pattern . This was all arranged like that by the archaeologists . I wish I could take photos but they do not allow it . I continued my way heading
towards Palacio de Gabierno which that brings me right into Plaza de Armes . I stood there for about 30 minutes enjoying myself listening to the Peru Military band. Then I headed to the mercado central place which is huge and they sell basically everything , from there went to China town and by this time I was starving . I found a small restaurant and ordered steak and chips and rice. It was ok. Next it was a stop at Iglesia de La Merced . One has to say here that the churches are very rich and nice . I will post some photos when I find the opportunity to do so . One more visit and this time to Plaza San Martin from there I started to look for the bus terminal to Pisco which took some time but I did find it and at 6:30pm I left to Pisco for a five hour trip followed by 10 minutes taxi to Paracas. I found Lima very nice and interesting and safe the only time I felt unsafe when the police and people tell me to watch out and put my camera away . I was most of time with my backpack infront of me holding camera in one hand and video cam in an other hand.

24th September 6:30 Am: The clock alarm goes on but I always tend to wake up before the alarm . I Stay for 5 minutes in bed before finally I jump out of bed and take shower, get dressed and wait for the car to pick me up.
7:30 AM: The phone rings and that means the car is waiting downstairs for me .I check everything, water ,gas and windows, lock the door and of to JFK airport . The plane was half full and I ended up taking three seats just for me. At 10:10Am the plane took off and after we were served lunch I decided to go on the back of the plane and take photo which ended up flirting with the hostess :-),it all started because she was interested in my camera,anyway I had a pleasant flight and landed in Mexico city at 2:00pm .I had a three hour lay over and spent most of the time looking around,time went fast and at 5:00 pm we left Mexico to Lima . When I arrived at Lima I found Victor the taxi driver at the airport waiting for me with big sign showing my name. It took about 20 minutes to get to the hotel,I checked in and went straight to bed , I was very exhausted .

Here I m on the eve of my trip to Peru which I have been planning for the last three months .And now I m in the final stages of checking and rechecking making sure I don't leave nothing behind.
My flight is set for tomorrow at 10:10 in the morning from JFK to Mexico and Mexico to Lima arriving in Lima at 11:30 at night if everything goes to schedule . I will try to keep you posted and add photos whenever is possible.
